Brandon Routh, known for his role on Legends of Tomorrow, will appear in the next episode of Quantum Leap, premiering on NBC on Monday, February 27 at 10/9c. The American actor is known for playing Superman in the 2006 film Superman Returns and Dylan Dog in Dylan Dog: Dead of Night. Routh’s character has also been photographed by NBC. Brandon Routh enjoyed the original Quantum Leap series.

Routh expressed his gratitude for being a part of NBC’s Quantum Leap reboot, revealing in a statement that he was a big fan of the original show growing up. He said:

“Growing up on Quantum Leap, it was a privilege to play such an important figure in Addison’s life! Ray [Lee] and caitlin [Bassett] They are a fantastic team and I enjoyed being part of it. It was also amazing for me as an Iowan to photograph aboard the USS Iowa!”

“Addison is able to find closure with her father in several ways. It’s a fantastic dynamic since I’m directly under his authority throughout the show. He sometimes he plays the role of father-in-law for me. There is that energy and we prefer to embrace it.”

“We have a lot of drone footage there. Being on board an operational warship is also a sight to see.”
