The Family Reunites in ‘Fast and Furious 9’ Super Bowl Trailer 2023

Be ready to buckle up as much is expected Fast and dangerous 9 (F9) drops next month. The new teaser trailer premiered during the Super Bowl, delivering plenty of action as the “family” gets back together.

Although it’s only 30 seconds long, we see Domonic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his crew – including the returning Han – take on the bad guys, Jakob Toretto (John Cena) and The fate of anger Villain Cipher (Charlize Theron). It’s all action as we witness multiple car crashes, a building collapsing and a car flipping on its side and crashing through a storefront into a truck. Intense.

The official synopsis reads:

“Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto is living a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian, but they know that danger is always lurking on their peaceful horizon. This time, that threat will force Dom to face the sins of his past if he wants to save those he loves most. His crew works together to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and highest-performance driver they’ve ever met: a man who happens to be his brother. abandoned by Dom, Jakob (John Cena).”

Director Justin Lin also returns, along with series regulars Michelle Rodriguez, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Nathalie Emmanuel and Sung Kang. Helen Mirren also joined Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift starring Lucas Black, Bow Wow and Jason Tobin. The new cast includes veteran Michael Rooker as Buddy and Cardi B as someone from Dom’s past.

Delayed due to Covid, F9 is finally set to hit theaters on March 29.
