The TikToker revealed that, during a recent trip to Toronto, her Airbnb host was “amazing” in communication and everything else, right up to the moment she and her family checked out.

Aceyaa said she requested a late check-out and paid the corresponding fee. However, when she was asked to reconsider, things changed and the host became strict with the requests. The TikToker also forgot to take a photo of how she left the house, with the homeowner later claiming that her family broke and damaged $2,300 worth of furniture.

Even with Airbnb’s involvement, the company still sided with the hosts because Aceyaa had no photos to prove its point. However, she argued that the presenter did not date or time-stamp his photos and that they may be old.
