Cicis Pizza breaks its “unlimited pizza” promise by kicking out customers after 8 hours 2023

Cicis Pizza has been called out after a customer was kicked out after hours, despite the food chain’s promise of “unlimited pizza”.

When offering unlimited pizza, few restaurants expect any customer to take the challenge too seriously.

However, that’s exactly what one TikToker, Madison did. Displaying an incredible appetite, she spent eight hours at Cicis Pizza to make the most of their $9 all-you-can-eat buffet.

But all good things must come to an end, and the restaurant eventually introduced a new rule – seemingly just to kick her out.

“I didn’t come here to play a game, I came here to get my $9,” said Madison, who goes by the name ‘ugh_madison’ online.

Fueling up on plate after plate of food, Madison was “starting to get full” after being at the restaurant for eight hours. Deciding to help and clean up after herself, Madison’s catering job ended after an employee approached her.

“I really have to ask you to leave because you’ve been here for over two hours,” the employee said. “They just introduced a new rule.”

TikTok: ugh_madisonMadison also flashed back to her time at Cicis Pizza to show viewers how long she was there.

Whether this rule is true or not, many viewers remain unconvinced; “You know, they made that rule 5 minutes before telling you!”

They also pointed out that this new rule was not entirely fair because the restaurant never mentioned it; “Damned. At that time, I wanted to say but no one told me that when I pay… so do I get my money back or do I have to stay?

Another viewer further questioned the legality of Madison’s removal, writing: “Can they legally kick you out if you pay and it doesn’t show on the sign?”
