Updates bring key search results more accurate on mobile applications and improved search features on mobile web platforms. It helps you find your vehicle in a dedicated place and avoid clutter.

How to find videos, images, and GIFs on Reddit

While this is already a user-friendly platform, the update will help you search Reddit more effectively. Here’s how:

1. Media search tab

Reddit’s Media tab lets you go straight to relevant search results instead of scrolling through unrelated posts. Here’s how to use it:

1. Open Reddit, tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner, and enter your search query.
2. Search results will display on screen with the Posts tab selected by default. Swipe left and tap the Media tab.
3. Browse search results to find the image, video or GIF you’re looking for.

2. Find media in Subreddits

Similar to the Media tab, you can cut through the clutter to find media on Reddit’s community pages. Follow the steps below to get started.

1. In the Reddit app, tap Communities at the bottom and find the page you want to search.
2. On the subreddit page, tap the magnifying glass icon at the top, enter a relevant search query in the search bar, and press Enter.
3. The search results will be displayed on the screen. Tap the Media tab to focus your search and find the videos, images, or GIFs that interest you.

3. Search the mobile Web

The final method to find media on Reddit is to search for it on the mobile web platform. The best part is that you don’t need to log in to your account. The search function works similarly to that of the mobile app, so navigating it will be easy.

1. Open Reddit in your mobile browser.
