Dillon Danis says the Logan Paul beef is “not personal” despite everything 2023

Dillon Danis has stated that his relationship with Logan Paul is “not personal” despite everything that has happened between them in the build-up to their fight.

The relationship between Dillon Danis and the Paul brothers – Logan and Jake – is nothing new. This has been going on online for years, especially since Jake initially offered to fight him in 2020 for $1 million. Of course, that war never happened.

Now that Dillon is ready to fight Logan Paul, things get even more tense. The former UFC fighter went after the YouTuber’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, resulting in a lawsuit and restraining order. The couple also constantly argued about the lawsuit, with Danis constantly complaining that it shouldn’t have happened because they were getting into a fight and could have settled it there.

The former UFC fighter has also threatened to pull out of the fight, hinting that their relationship will never be resolved. However, Dillon believes that the problem is actually not entirely personal.

That’s right, despite everything that’s happened – all the insults, lawsuits and constant criticism – Dillon believes it’s really just business and not personal.

“I do not care. For me, it’s not personal, it’s business,” Danis said after the pre-fight workout when asked if he and Logan could become friends.

“I don’t care about that guy, if he wants to be cool, we’ll be cool. I have no personal opinion on him.”

While Danis might say it’s not personal, there’s definitely an element of doubt about it. His longtime training partner, Conor McGregor, urged him to “break” Logan’s leg during the fight.

Dillon has suggested that he could use his MMA background in the fight, which would violate the rules and get him disqualified – and most likely create a huge controversy. So who knows.
