Jake Paul says he is “ready” to make his MMA debut against Nate Diaz

Speaking to MMA Junkie, Paul accused Diaz of turning down the money he once earned for fighting and posting confusing fake posters for a boxing rematch.

“We have it ready, MMA, at the end of 2024, $10 million, which is more than he has ever made for an MMA fight – ever. He sat there asking for more money, basically drunkenly tweeting nonsense and random fight posters, making himself look like a fool,” Paul criticized.

Jake continued, saying he didn’t understand what Diaz’s team was doing and was unhappy with the sport in general in terms of how fighters were called, but in the end nothing happened – which he want to fix.

“I really believe he knew this was going to be a really tough fight for him, and I think that’s what made him say, ‘Fuck it, would I risk my entire MMA reputation? give this kid a chance here?’”

It remains to be seen whether Diaz decides to accept Paul’s offer, especially given his advantage of years of MMA experience, but we’ll have to wait a year to see if the rematch whether it takes place in a cage or not.
