The Indian cricket team defeated Sri Lanka in the second ODI at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata on Thursday. With this win, Team India took a 2-0 lead in the three-match T20I series. But in the meantime, the Indian team has concerns. Head coach Rahul Dravid will not leave Thiruananthapuram for the third match with the team. According to media reports, Dravid’s health was not good so he left Kolkata to return home.
The third match will be just a formality for India as they have already won the series and the result of the third match will not affect the outcome of the series. At the same time, Sri Lanka will take the field with the intention of ending the tour with a victory.

Dravid had blood pressure problems at the team hotel before the second match, although he was present in the dressing room throughout the match. The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) provided a doctor for Dravid and he recovered. He will now go to Bangalore for treatment and if the doctors allow, he will go to Thiruvananthapuram to compete on January 15.

Sri Lanka headed but failed to score a big goal. Indian team bowlers led by Kuldeep Yadav defeated Sri Lanka by 215 runs. India achieved this target easily by losing six wickets in 43.2 overs. Kuldeep has taken three curly brackets for his name. KL Rahul showed strength with the bat to win for the team. He was unbeaten on 64 off 103 balls. Hardik Pandya scored 36 runs. Akshar Patel contributed 21 runs.
