Jack Luby from Below Deck Med season 8
Surprisingly, eggs are the dish that always drives Below Deck Med chef Jack Luby crazy in Season 8.
One of the biggest challenges the teams in the Below Deck series face is the priority table.
These are suggestions and requests from charter guests about what they want to eat and what they want to do. The more likely they are to meet their needs, the better their chances of getting a great tip to split evenly.
As for the chefs, it is their duty to ensure compliance with necessary dietary restrictions and to provide high quality dishes from the cuisine of the customer’s choice.
Mediterranean season 8 chef Jack Luby hasn’t liked the preferential papers he’s received so far, and this new one may have taken the cake.

What is Chef Jack of Below Deck Med upset about?
On November 22, Bravo released a preview for Episode 10 on YouTube.
The video shows the team sitting down and reading the requirements from the upcoming charter.
“Breakfast should be served on request, but please note that the main class does not eat eggs outdoors,” Jack read from the preference sheet.
He immediately complied with the request, genuinely confused by the sentence he had just read out loud.
“How do you know you’re not eating eggs outside? Like what happened, like some seagull came to eat your dinner or something,” he vented in a confessional.
Hopefully he’ll be able to keep his criticism to himself and not let it out as soon as she gets on the cruise. If so, the crew can kiss a decent tip goodbye.
