In 1994, Claudia began her career at Fox Sports America as a production coordinator. She has also provided commentary for the US Basketball Tournament, the US Open and the Compaq Tennis Cup.

Trejos was the sports director and anchor for KWHY-TV in Los Angeles, covering the 1998 World Cup in France. Since 2007, she has been a member of the ESPN Network Team.
