Mr Ogarro was previously arrested for a ‘prank’ harassing Orthodox Jews in London, in which he approached a young man at a bus stop, put his hand on the victim’s shoulder and tried to dive him . Ogarro claimed that he was detained by police for 36 hours over the incident. Now a minister has intervened to warn social media sites hosting Mr Ogarro’s video to take action. In the video, Mr. Ogarro saw a startled young family, their mother sweeping the front yard and leaving the front door open. The video opens with Ogarro and two friends saying let’s walk into random houses. He then entered the house, attracting the attention of a woman in the front garden, before brazenly walking into the hallway to the sound of small children. Another video uploaded to his TikTok account shows him approaching an elderly woman on a park bench, picking up her dog and taking off. A third video shows him approaching random young women at Stoke Newington tube station and asking them if they wanted to die. Other clips show him harassing women on the Elizabeth Line; sitting on the laps of two strange women as they interacted on a park bench; entered the library and destroyed books; and climbed into the back of the stranger’s car.

Tory assembly member Susan Hall also intervened, asking the Met Police to intervene. The Online Safety Bill is currently going through the House of Commons and is likely to become law before the next General Election. TikTok said it deleted the user’s account last week, however, Mr. Ogarro created a new profile and quickly uploaded it. That account has also now been deleted. Thank you for your patient reading.
