Kim Jisoo, born January 3, 1995 in Kyunggi, Korea, is a famous member of the Kpop group Blackpink. In addition to her success in music, she also acts, hosts shows and is an ambassador for famous fashion brands.

Before joining Blackpink, Jisoo showed her passion for art from a young age by playing basketball and studying taekwondo. She attended Seoul School of Performing Arts, acting in plays and films in high school.

Afterwards, Jisoo entered Korea National University of Arts and earned a degree in music. In 2011, she became a trainee member of YG Entertainment and in 2015, Blackpink debuted and joined the list of famous music groups globally.

Not active in the music group, Jisoo still appears on movie TV channels and music shows. Her family also unanimously supported and loved their daughter on her technical path.
