Below Deck Down Under star Jason Chambers has brushed off the negativity he received from fans and is now focusing his energy on a new YouTube channel.

When Captain Jason Chambers isn’t busy managing his crew members on Below Deck Down Under, he’s coming up with new creative ideas for his YouTube channel.

Amid the backlash the captain received after firing Adam Kodra, Jason ignored the negativity and instead focused on his debut channel. According to the captain, his videos will focus on travel, health and fitness.

Captain Jason Chambers has become a fan favorite on Below Deck Down Under thanks to his soft-spoken personality and professionalism. However, the Northern Sun frontman has recently faced a ton of backlash from fans of the reality series. Since the firing of Adam Kodra, the audience has turned against the captain.

However, Jason is currently ignoring the negativity and instead hopes to spread positivity through his vlogging channel, which launched at the end of August.

According to Jason (via Instagram), he’s excited to explore this creative endeavor and encourages fans to come up with content ideas for his vlog.

“Follow me on YouTube to meet people on my travels and explore places, learn more about health and some of the projects I’m working on.”

“It’s a platform where I can upload long-form content and start seeing what you all like and what topics we can both learn from,” he added. This is the beginning. Remember I’m the captain, not the digital creator, so stay tuned for that journey.”
