Aesha screws up big at Below Deck Down Under, accidentally ruining the charter guests’ diving experience.
Aesha Scott is a fan favorite on Below Deck Down Under thanks to her charming antics and warm attitude. But sometimes, she makes the same mistakes as everyone else, which gets her into trouble as a leader.
In season 2, episode 16 of Below Deck Down Under, there was quite a bit of trouble on the yacht for which Aesha was ultimately responsible.
Not only did she upset Tzarina with her lack of communication about the guests’ meals, but she also made a huge mistake that ruined what was supposed to be a memorable diving experience for the guests.
Why was Aesha guest-starred on Below Deck Down Under?
In season 2, episode 16 of Below Deck Down Under, Aesha made a mistake that ruined the amazing barrier diving experience she had set for her guests.
When the guests asked Aesha if they were allowed to drink before diving, the stewmaster said it was all well and good. However, when they actually arrived at the diving site, they were denied the opportunity to dive because they had alcohol in their bodies.
Of course, the guests were upset about Aesha’s mistake because they tried to ask her if it was allowed or not.
Later, when the guests returned to the yacht, they confronted Aesha about the unfortunate incident that had ruined their diving plans.
It’s no surprise that Aesha feels terrible about this whole situation. “I can own it,” she admitted her mistake. “We will have to find a way to make it up to them.”
Even though she may have messed up with the guests, fans still support Aesha and are happy that she was able to take responsibility. “Aesha’s ability to own up to mistakes and communicate mistakes is amazing,” one fan wrote on the Below Deck Down Under Subreddit.
Another agreed and said: “Aesha just owned it and said sorry, I’ll get better. She knew she was slipping and could do much better. It’s so refreshing.”
One fan was curious why the main stew was “off.” “I wonder what’s distracting Aesha…she doesn’t seem to fit all the rules.”
