After speaking with Kyle, Below Deck Med’s Nat made the decision to return to land in Season 8.
If there are two crew members who should never work together again, it’s Natalya “Nat” Scudder and Kyle Viljoen.
Despite the heated argument in Season 7, the two got over it and were ready to work together again, which quickly turned out to be a bad decision.
In Season 8, Nat and Kyle got into a verbal argument, leading to the couple having to stay in separate rooms overnight. The next day was just as bad after they tried to avoid each other on their day off.
After all this stress, Nat finally comes to terms with it and decides to be the one to get herself out of her miserable situation.

Did Nat just leave Below Deck Med Season 8?
In Episode 9, Nat officially left Season 8 after tearfully explaining to Captain Sandy Yawn why she needed to leave.
“My problem is that – in addition to the personal things that happen at home – there are also things that happen inside the interior. In the chaos of the crew, Kyle and Max had a little argument in front of everyone. I tried to tell Kyle to calm down. I thought he was one of my best friends,” she tells her former boss in the episode.
Sandy did not understand this news but still allowed Nat to leave the yacht.
Now that Nat is gone, the crew will either have to pull one of their weight or be looking for a replacement.
