TikTok currently does not allow you to see who has downloaded or saved your videos to their camera roll.

That means, if you want to prevent people from downloading your videos in the first place, you can do the following:

Launch TikTok.
Go to the ‘Profile’ tab.
Click on the three lines at the top then tap ‘Settings and privacy’.
Under ‘Account’, go to ‘Privacy’ and scroll down to the ‘Downloads’ tab.
In the ‘Downloads’ tab, toggle the switch to enable or disable video downloads.

However, even if you continue downloading, you cannot know who saved your video.
