Despite “screaming in pain” and explaining to Charli’s tour guide that they needed to close the door, they “were still bold enough to tell the kids, ‘Okay, 15 seconds to take a photo. , then we have to go!’”
“For another fifteen seconds, my hand got stuck while pulling the door and my shoulder injury got worse,” the worker explained.

To date, Charli has not responded to this situation.
