These three people were killed in the shooting
Police DIG of Bareilly Range told the media that he himself visited the scene. Because the road to Govindapur village and the site of this bloody struggle at Ramganga Katdi is impassable. Force from Badaun District (Dataganj Police Station) and other neighboring police stations were also deployed to the spot to ensure that no untoward incident occurred until Bareilly District Police reached the spot. Bareilly Rural Police Superintendent Rajkumar Agarwal also camped at the spot for several hours. According to police, the names of the three people killed in the gunfight are Parvinder Singh, Devendra Singh and Golu Pakhiya. The name of the injured rapist is Surendra Singh. This is in favor of Sardar Parambir Singh. The root cause of the incident is the illegal occupation of thousands of large plots of land in Ramganga Katari.

The servant went and told the owner who was present at the farm. Meanwhile, both sides took positions facing each other with loaded swords in their hands.
Police were deployed at the scene
According to police officials present at the scene till late night, the offender Suresh Pal Singh Tomar and his accomplices opened fire first. After that, the opponent also opened fire in self-defense. A few shots from both sides killed 2 men of Sardar Ji’s faction and one of the scoundrels was declared to be Suresh Pal Singh Tomar. The police reached the spot, seized three bodies and sent them home for post-mortem after filling the panchanama at night. Due to this shooting incident, villagers in the areas of Raipur Hans, Tirkuniya, Ramganga Khaddar, Tumdia, Bavia, Ichauria etc. However, additional police were deployed at the spot as a precaution.
