Deck Med fans hope Kyle Viljoen will be fired in Season 8 2023

Loyal fans of Below Deck Mediterranean have predicted that Kyle Viljoen will be the first crew member to depart in Season 8.

Fans are eagerly waiting for Below Deck Mediterranean Season 8 to air. Mainly because Tumi Mhlongo was chosen as Chief Stewardess.

In addition to her promotion, viewers are also wondering about the rest of the cast.

Natalie ‘Nat’ Scudder was confirmed to temporarily replace Tumi at the start of the season, which received a harsh reaction from fans who remember Nat from Season 7.

But with that in mind, fans unexpectedly predicted that another crew member would be fired by Captain Sandy Yawn.

Is Below Deck Med’s Kyle Viljoen fired in Season 8?

On September 22, a poll was started on the Below Deck Reddit thread, to guess who would be fired from the season.

Of the nearly 1,500 votes at the time of writing, nearly 700 people predicted that Kyle Viljoen would be the one to go and have doubled down on their votes in the comments section.

One fan wrote: “I hope it’s Kyle and I hope it takes place within 5 minutes of episode 1. Easily in my top 5 favorite BD characters. I hate he.”

Another fan also wrote: “I think I saw it suggested that this season has the most matches of any season on Below Deck.”

This may end up being an accurate claim. However, with Season 2 of Below Deck Down Under being strong competition with three terminations from Captain Jason Chambers, Season 8 of Med would have to fire four people to break the record. Will Captain Sandy Yawn do it?
