Dillon Danis says he’ll have to pay $400k in legal fees even if he wins his upcoming lawsuit against Logan Paul’s fiance, Nina Agdal.
The feud between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul has entered legal territory as Paul’s fiance, Nina Agdal, filed a “massive” lawsuit against the mixed martial artist.
Agdal filed the lawsuit in response to Danis’s constant social media posts about her, alleging that he or someone he knew hacked into her account to post sexually explicit photos her private videos and videos online as part of his smear campaign against his rival Logan Paul.
According to the lawsuit, Agdal is seeking “compensation of not less than $150,000” and has also filed a restraining order against Danis. Danis is said to have failed to appear for the hearing on the order, which will remain in effect “for the duration of the underlying case against him”.

Dillon Danis criticizes Nina Agdal’s “nonsense” lawsuit
This puts Danis in an interesting position, as he’ll be touching gloves with Paul in just a few weeks – but it’s also cost him a lot in legal fees.
According to Danis, he will have to pay $400k in attorney fees even if he wins the case, as said during a recent livestream with Adin Ross and Andrew Tate.
“I think he didn’t want to fight me,” Danis said of Logan. “I think he was just trying to get me to back off somehow so he looked like a hero, you know? It’s bullshit, because it’s all through him, you know?
“Even if I win the case, I still have to pay more than $400,000 just in attorney fees and attorney fees. It’s bullshit that I’m promoting a fight – this is the biggest fight he’s ever been in and I worked that whole event. That’s just bullshit, man.”
Agdal’s lawsuit also bars Danis or anyone “actively involved with him” from posting sexually explicit photos of her online… something he would have to honor unless he wanted to violate the order.
Meanwhile, Paul claimed that Danis admitted to committing a federal crime in an edited version of their live video by DAZN, claiming that he would release the footage soon.
