A DoorDash driver has TikTok viewers divided after confronting a customer for ‘lying’ about not receiving her order.
In a viral clip with 1.5 million views, DoorDasher Jade (jadecharde) confronts customer Kirsten after receiving a violation on her account due to the woman claiming to not receive food give it to her.
“This bitch Kirsten is going to tell DoorDash she never got her damn food. Damn it. Why the hell do I have to go back? Kirsten?” Jade said, pointing to Kirsten’s order sitting outside her door.
The customer appeared surprised to see the delivery driver, prompting Jade to ask: “Are you Kirsten?” The woman, looking confused, replied: “Yes. Why?”

“You say you’ve never gotten food on DoorDash? They literally breached my account because the food never arrived,” the TikToker said. “I swear to God I didn’t commit any violations,” Kirsten replied, explaining that she was “asleep” when the food arrived.
“Well, they broke it for me,” Jade said, “I told them you got the food, so if they ask you or something, you need to let them know you got it.” .” Kirsten assures Jade that she will do so before the video cuts off.
In the comments, many TikTok users sided with the DoorDash driver and said Jade was being dishonest. “If she was ‘sleeping’ how did she say it wasn’t delivered?” one person wrote. “Glad you confronted her,” another added. “She was trying to get that refund credit,” said a third.
However, others defend customers. One user commented: “She definitely doesn’t know why she left the food out there.” “But if she lied, why did she leave the food in the hallway?” another asked. “She seems genuine,” another shared.
