Chaos often occurs in Hell’s Kitchen, sometimes due to Gordon Ramsay’s brutal insults. This is why Sandra Gajovsky is in tears.
Most episodes of Hell’s Kitchen include one or two scenes that show the contestants going through real emotional crises. It’s not uncommon for contestants on this hit reality show to burst into tears or run out of the kitchen looking extremely miserable.
In Episode 4 of Season 22, Sandra Gajovsky had a bit of a breakdown after facing the wrath of Gordon Ramsay and the rest of her teammates.
In the first few episodes of this season, she has clearly shown her strengths and weaknesses. This is what happened that broke her down.

As a member of the Red Team, Sandra showed her best abilities right from the first episode. Whenever she has a chance to impress Gordon, she does what she can to improve in the competition.
When it was time for everyone to compete against each other in the comfort food challenge, she went up against Devon to make a Philly cheesesteak. They earned a tie score, meaning neither of them technically “won.”
However, Sandra’s score with Devon wasn’t the biggest issue in the episode. After all, many other members of both the Red and Blue Teams achieved similar scores.
Sandra’s silence eventually became her biggest problem. The Red Team told her she was too secretive. They were upset by her lack of communication skills.

Gordon goes on to tell her that she might as well go home if she’s going to keep quiet all night. Sandra immediately started crying.
The pressure of having so many people judging you at the same time is not easy for anyone. It’s even worse when there’s a camera crew following you around.
Despite Sandra’s breakdown, she was not the contestant who was sent home at the end of the night. Mattias was also criticized for ruining his lobsters too many times.
