After Heather West won the title at the end of Hell’s Kitchen Season 2, she was offered a job at a high-end restaurant. Does she still work there or has she moved away?
It’s easy to see why Heather West won the title in 2006 after joining Season 2 of Hell’s Kitchen on Fox.
Gordon Ramsay saw her cooking skills and was completely impressed. She was up against some hard workers, including Virginia Dalbeck, who came in second place.
Virginia’s previous experience as an executive of several restaurants means she is fierce competition for Heather. Still, Heather is the resounding winner of Season 2. What is she doing now?
Here’s what Heather West is doing after winning Hell’s Kitchen season 2
It’s been a few years since Heather’s 2006 season of Hell’s Kitchen aired on TV, which means much everything has change.
After winning the show, she was offered a job as a senior chef at a restaurant called Terra Rossa at the Red Rock Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. A $250,000 annual salary comes with that role.
She stayed there for a year before moving to several new cities. She started in Washington and then moved to North Carolina. Then she landed in California. Most recently, she was living in Port Jefferson, New York.
You won’t find any recent mentions of her time on Hell’s Kitchen on her social media pages. Instead, you’ll find plenty of articles about her life as a mother.
Motherhood is something Heather has done with tons of content to prove it. She posts videos of her children playing with toys, cuddling on the couch, and spending time at the beach.
Another topic that is extremely important to Heather is the dialogue around PTSD and postpartum depression.
She is dedicated to spreading awareness about these serious mental health issues. Finally, Heather is now an ambassador for a food and beverage brand called Drip Drop. The company sells powdered electrolytes that you add to bottled water to combat dehydration.
