According to The Central New York Community, Tom Hoke passed away at the age of 77. He was the embodiment of Pride and Tradition at Rome Free Academy. Additionally, Tom Hoke served 27 years at the Black Knights as head coach. He has an exceptional record of 210-41-4. During his career, he was awarded numerous awards including eight Section III titles, 19 tournament championships and one state championship.
