Instagram allows you to add up to five accounts. This is very useful for users who prefer to use finsta accounts instead of hiding certain people’s posts on Instagram.

You can only link accounts that are already in Account Center. If you don’t have one yet, start by creating another Instagram account. Once done, follow the steps below to link it.

1. Open Instagram and tap your profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Tap the three-bar menu in the upper right corner and select Settings and privacy.
3. Now tap Account Center and select Profile > Add account.
4. Instagram may ask you for login permissions. Tap Continue and enter your credentials for the account you want to link.
5. Choose whether you want to save your login information in the browser.
6. Tap Confirm account to allow Instagram to access your information.

How to post to multiple Instagram accounts at the same time

Posting to multiple Instagram accounts at once is as simple as posting to one account with one additional step. Here’s how:

1. On your Instagram Profile, tap the Upload (+) button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the media type you want to upload and start editing your post.
3. When you get to the final step, add captions and any other information as needed.
4. Scroll down to Post to other Instagram accounts, find the account you want to cross-post with, and tap the toggle button next to it. The toggle button will turn blue.
