Husband and wife accidentally ‘ruined’ the moment their children first met 2023

A woman’s husband hilariously ruined the moment their daughter met her newborn sibling in a viral TikTok video.

There’s nothing better than the moment a mother meets her newborn baby after giving birth.

However, for one mother, her daughter’s reaction to meeting her new sibling is something she wants to keep in the books.

But when her husband accidentally ruins the moment they meet, the woman is unable to capture one of the most important ‘firsts’ in their children’s lives.

TikTokers troll the father for ruining a very special moment between their children

After Alyssa had just given birth to her newborn, she wanted to relive her toddler’s reaction to meeting her new sibling.

When her daughter and husband entered the hospital room, Alyssa was holding her newborn for a moment.

Although Alyssa expected to look back at the recorded video to see her daughter beaming with joy, all she could see was the large plastic cup her husband placed right in front of the camera.

Sure enough, Alyssa’s daughter could be heard excitedly saying, “Honey! That’s my baby sister!”

However, the intention was to capture the entire reaction on camera, as Alyssa even added a text overlay to her TikTok video saying: “POV: You waited your whole pregnancy to record a reaction of my daughter when meeting her new siblings.”

People who saw Alyssa’s funny video took her comment to troll her husband and said, “I don’t know how, but THIS is math for boys.”

As well as, “I’m just so mad at your husband!”

One person even wrote that the situation was so relatable and said, “Oh my god, that’s exactly what marriage is like. When someone asks what it’s like to get married, show them this video. That’s it.”

Another viewer jokingly wrote that they would bring it up in every argument with her husband, because it was an easy way for her to win an argument.

Although Alyssa received a lot of comments, she did not respond to any of them with updates on how her two children were able to bond after their accidentally ruined moment. However, she received nothing but support for the special meeting between her daughter and her newborn.
