Non-political organization Karni Sena Parivar organized a protest rally in Madhya Pradesh with 21-point demands including economic reservation, ban on arrests without investigation under the Caste and Tribal Act according to schedule (SC/ST) as well as curb rising inflation. Bhopal’s Fast to Death movement started on Sunday at Majburi Maidan. Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena Bhopal Municipality President Krishna Bundela said, this movement is organized by Karni Sena family, all Rajput organizations and Sarva Samaj Madhya Pradesh and it is our non-political organization.
He said that five workers including Karni Sena family leader Jiban Singh Sherpur will go on hunger strike from today. Bundela said that the workers in Sherpur have been asked to maintain peace. He said that apart from Madhya Pradesh, our workers from Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra had come to join the movement and claimed that 12 to 15 lakh people had gathered in it. Bundela said the agitators demanded that the conservation facility should be economicized so that poor people from all walks of life could benefit from conservation. Once a booking has been made, no further booking facility should be provided.
To prevent rising inflation
Bhopal Metropolitan President Krishna Bundela said that apart from this, we demand that the SC/ST Act should prohibit arrest without investigation and that common law should be made on the lines of the SC/ST Act to protect protect your interests. Providing classes and legal help Bundela said the agitators also demanded that food grains (daily items) should be exempted from Goods and Services Tax (GST) and prevent rising inflation.
He said that we have a total of 21 demands and our hunger strike will continue until the central and Madhya Pradesh governments meet our demands. Bundela said that we had warned about the siege of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly today because of these demands, but then the administration officials spoke to us, after which the proposed siege was canceled. cancel.
