Logan Paul Finally Shares Update on CryptoZoo Scandal: “We Are Near a Resolution” 2023

Nine months after promising to make amends by refunding $1.8 million to those affected by his CryptoZoo project, Logan Paul has finally shared a new update on the situation, claiming that they “close to a solution”.

Starting 2023 off with a bang, famous YouTube investigator Coffeezilla uploaded a video about what he calls Logan Paul’s “biggest scam,” CryptoZoo. The cryptocurrency-based blockchain project has come under fire after users were kept in the dark about various promised features and the value of their initial investment gradually decreased.

After some very public back-and-forth between the two content creators, Paul ultimately pledged to refund approximately $1.8 million from his own pocket to those who requested refunds. However, nine months on, it seems users are still waiting.

At the six-month mark, Coffeezilla offers another deep dive into the situation, pondering whether the money-back promise is just “another masterstroke at marketing.” Now, Paul has finally addressed the situation again, albeit with only a brief and vague response based on legal proceedings.

Appearing on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour on September 27 to promote his upcoming fight with Dillon Danis, a fight also embroiled in a legal dispute, Paul was questioned about the status of the CryptoZoo project .

“Because of the legal position of this, unfortunately, I cannot say anything about this situation,” he initially said before revealing some new information.

“In my opinion, we are very close… I think we are very close to a final solution. That’s what I mean when I say I’m fixing it. But unfortunately, I can’t give you any details right now.”

Doubling down, he assured that this is “not a dead giveaway” and he seemed to remain committed to supporting those affected by the crypto project. The exact timeline, what this resolution might entail or when we might hear more about the issue, all remain unclear at this stage.

So for now, it’s unknown whether early CryptoZoo backers can expect a refund, but Paul has publicly assured that the issue remains a top priority.
