After facing hardships over the past year, Mauricio Umansky has confirmed that he and Kyle Richards are not separated and are working things out.
Dancing With The Stars’ Mauricio Umansky and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards have been married for 27 years. For the past 13 years, they’ve shared their relationship with the world on BravoTV and gained many fans along the way.
Although Umansky and Richards admitted to having been having marital troubles for at least a year, giving fans reason to speculate about a separation, the couple still lives together and vacations with their four daughters.
Richards was also rumored to have met country singer Morgan Wade during the time she was reportedly separated from Umansky. However, Umansky finally set the record straight – saying that he and Richards are, in fact, still together.

After news broke of Umansky and Richards separating in July, Richards took to her Instagram to say, “Any claims regarding our divorce are false. But, yes, we had a difficult year.”
Rumors of Umansky and Richards moving toward divorce continued after fans noticed Richards spending a lot of time with Morgan Wade. Richards even appeared in Wade’s music video as her love interest, seemingly poking fun at their rumored romance.
Although fans have speculated a lot regarding Umansky and Richards, Umansky finally set the record straight on the ‘Red Mic’ podcast on Thursday.
When asked about publishing a story in the media about their divorce, Umansky replied: “I wouldn’t ruin my life to put a tree in the news so people can be entertained more. It was an absolute blow.”
Umansky continued, “We were dealing with our own problems, extremely quietly and introspectively, just our own problems. I mean, sure, we’re not separate. We are not divorced at this time. We are none of those things.”
He then expressed how challenging it is for most couples: “You know, those 26 years were amazing and it was a difficult year. Most marriages have bad months, bad weeks, bad years.”
As for what’s next for Umansky, he’s currently competing on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars. Richards sat in the audience during his first performance to cheer him on, and took to social media to share her support for her husband. Richards is also busy as she will return to RHOBH Season 13 in November.
