According to the report, the stabbing of a student occurred on May 19, 2022 at Montgomery High School. This school is located in Santa Rosa, California. According to media, the fight happened in the classroom and the victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect fled the crime scene but after a few days the police arrested him. This horrifying incident was recorded and later, the Santa Rosa Police Department shared the video online and the video automatically spread on social networks and attracted a lot of attention. In the viral video, two students were seen fighting in the classroom before one of them took out a sharp object identified as a knife. This male student stabbed another student to death and fled the scene, but a few days later, police arrested him. After a few months, such an incident happened again on November 8, 2021 at Montgomery Blair High School and this incident was also captured on video.
