Currently, the Primary School Medal table of Palarong Pambansa 2023 is headed by IV-A STCAA with a total of 16 medals including 6 Gold Medals, 5 Silver Medals and 5 Bronze Medals. While VI-WVRAA had the highest number of medals, 18 medals ranked second with 5 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals and 7 Bronze Medals.
