Paulovich Patricia was raised by her father and stepmother, Jean Crowe, after being born in Allegheny County on August 21, 1943 to Frank and Merle Crowe. She worked in a variety of occupations during her career after graduating from Elderton High School. After retiring as an operations assistant at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, she spent the next few years watching over her youngest grandchildren, a position she describes as both demanding and fulfilling. Everyone who knew Pat felt affection for her. She is willing to help people in need and has a kind heart. Others are attracted to her personality. She is very gifted with animals; She never met a dog she didn’t love.
