Many publications, including Capital FM, reported that Nicole was 37 years old. Although many sources claim she is 37 years old, some fans are not so sure.
A Reddit thread has been launched to discuss this topic. The person who started the thread wrote: “How old is Nicole???!! Who will tell me that Nicole is 53 years old??? [shocked emoji].
“She looks pretty good for her age, I guess around 40 to 45, not in her 50s. She acts too childish for someone in her 50s. Just like Chrishell (42) and Amanza (46), they act like high school students. At least they look nice.”
Another user quickly responded to correct the original poster by saying: “Nicole is actually 37 years old. I don’t know why Google says 53 but she definitely looks older than her actual age.

It turns out the person who started the Reddit thread came across a false Google post stating that Nicole was 53 years old. The Google post they found is no longer searchable.
In fact, most of the cast of Selling Sunset are in their late 30s or early 40s. This includes the now 36-year-old Heather Rae El Moussa and 43-year-old Mary Fitzgerald.
