Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams gave an update on their sons and their surrogate as they prepare to become fathers of twins.

Shane Dawson and her husband Ryland Adams chronicled their journey into parenthood through surrogacy.

The couple got married on January 3, 2023 after 7 years together. Throughout their relationship, especially over the past few years, the pair have been open about their desire to one day become parents.

They have documented their surrogacy journey on YouTube, from finding a surrogate, discovering they are having twins and even revealing the names of the twins: Jett Adams Yaw and Max Adams Yaw.

In their most recent update, the couple shared the important news of what happened during their recent ultrasound when they were 20 weeks old.

“We met our surrogate at the hospital where the babies will be born,” Ryland says in the video. “Of course, we walked in, we didn’t film for the privacy of the surrogate and because there were no hospital filming regulations.

“So we were absolutely there, but it was a major 20-week surgical scan and it was magical.”

Shane interjected and said: “This is crazy. I know I keep saying this but this is the best moment of my life. I’ve said it through every step of the process, but in particular this was the greatest moment of my life and let me explain.

He went on to explain that the scans took two hours because they spent an hour focusing on each baby one at a time.

“When they are booking [the ultrasound wand] on her stomach and exploded instantly, it was like a movie. It’s like there are two babies floating around. And one of them, we don’t know whose genetics is whose, we don’t really care about that, but I think ‘Baby A’ could be my genetics because it won’t. silent. Ryland then went on to explain how they were able to see “they are fully formed human beings developing within the surrogate”.

“It is crazy to see them kick, move, stretch, roll over, open their mouths and even yawn, like their hearts are beating. It was crazy,” Ryland said.

Shane then went on to say that everything with the babies looked great and healthy. They are expected to be born in mid-December 2023.
