Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai Review
A young girl bravely speaks out against the devil in a culture where a god takes on the form of a devil. In the opening scene of the film, a large audience can be heard chanting in support of the godman as an FIR is being filed against the perpetrator. Later, as the proceedings continue, we see again how blind faith in society sometimes triumphs over humanity. After being taken advantage of by other lawyers, the Nu family hired PC Solanki to represent them. The film, if anything, is incredibly influential because it realistically depicts the difficulties a lawyer faces when taking on a famous case.
Manoj Bajpayee’s courtroom scene is very epic in the movie
Even though it is 132 minutes long, the story never attracts or loses the audience’s attention. Movies set in courtrooms sometimes tend to be didactic. However, Manoj Bajpayee’s stellar performances and tight direction depend heavily on Apoorv Singh Karki’s dramatic visuals to succeed as a one-man show. The way the actor playing the real hero of the story portrays the character with empathy and respect will give every viewer chills. The cast is excellent even though there is no main cast in the film.
Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hainan supporting actor
The supporting cast deserves praise for their tireless performance in supporting the lead actor and elevating the film. Each performer, from Surya Mohan Kulshrestha as Baba to Adrija as Nu Singh, gave a powerful performance.
The writing and directing team of Deepak Kingrani and Apoorv Singh Karki have proven that a gripping courtroom drama is nothing more than resorting to over-the-top hype. One thing they didn’t hold back on was the powerful, punchy monologue that’s almost expected to end such films. But when it is portrayed by a brilliant actor like Manoj, who leaves no room for criticism, we cannot complain about the formula. This is an absolutely amazing program. Watch Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai on Zee5 from 23 May 2023.
