Phu Tho has an area of ​​nearly 21.4 hectares, including: an area of ​​more than 20.4 hectares that has been converted to the above target and an area of ​​production forest land of nearly 9,700 m2 leased to FLC Group Joint Stock Company to implement the project. Viet Tri ecological and sports urban area project phase 1 (subdivisions D, E, F). The project implementation period is 50 years, project implementation schedule is 2021 – 2024.

The project is expected to build special, functional areas, including: hotel service area; sports service area; commercial and light service area; Green area with natural ecological landscape, ecological agriculture experience area.

Viet Tri Sports and Ecological Urban Area project – phase 1 (subzones D, E, F) has a land use area of ​​more than 111 hectares. Specifically, current residential land is 6.83 hectares, production forest land is 60.62 hectares, other forestry land is 1.3 hectares, rice land is 21.43 hectares, other agricultural land is 1.09 hectares, and water surface land is 1.09 hectares. 7.12 hectares, traffic land 12.48 hectares, vacant land 0.14 hectares.

Previously, on March 23, 2021, Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee issued document No. 1082/UBND-KGVX on detailed planning at 1/500 scale of Viet Tri ecological and sports urban area.

Next, on July 4, 2021, the Office of Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee issued notice No. 276/TB-VP announcing the Conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ho Dai Dung – Head of the Steering Committee of the Ecological Urban Area Project and Viet Tri Sports on the development of site clearance work for phase 1 of the project (subdivisions D, E, F).

According to this notice, the People’s Committee of Viet Tri City and the People’s Committees of relevant communes and wards are requested to urgently confirm accounts of cadastral measurement drawings for land recovery, to serve counting, compensation and site clearance, and as a basis. basis for the Compensation Council and Project Support Team to publicly announce to households when implementing land recovery notices. By December 4, 2021, the People’s Committee of Phu Tho province issued Decision No. 855/QD-UBND on establishing an inventory team for the Viet Tri Sports and Ecological Urban Area project.
