This season of Below Deck Down Under has seen numerous firings, including two cruise ships having to leave after serious issues of inappropriate behavior and privacy.
Captain Jason eliminated both Luke and Laura from the show after Luke walked into Magot’s room naked and tried to bed her.
He was taken to a hotel after the show’s producers and cameramen intervened, returning to the yacht to collect his belongings before leaving the show. However, his co-star Laura was also fired after comments she made to Margot about the incident were deemed “inconsiderate” and inappropriate by Captain Jason.
This, combined with her continued unwanted advances towards Adam, meant that Jason also terminated Laura’s contract with the show.
In addition to firing Chef Ryan last season after his dishes failed to satisfy diners, Captain Jason has now fired four people, and fans are worried that a trailer has revealed the Fire another person.
Margot avoided being fired despite drinking on the job
Below Deck fans believe Margot could be next to go after the trailer in the second half shows her drinking on the job, which is a pretty serious rule violation.
“IMO, I’m pretty sure she’ll get fired,” one fan wrote on the Below Deck Down Under subreddit. Commenting on the promo for a future episode, they said: “They showed Jason saying something about not drinking according to the charter, and the guy was released.”
However, another fan pointed out that Culver had also been reprimanded by Captain Jason in previous seasons for drinking on the job, but was not fired for it, saying: “He was just given a warning so We will see how it goes.”
This is almost exactly what happened to Margot, when she was given a final warning by Captain Jason and allowed to stay on the ship.
