TikTok star Remi Bader has decided to no longer share her personal health journey online after being frustrated by “disgusting” body fakers.
Content creator Remi Bader is known for sharing her personal experiences and wellness journey as a plus-sized woman on TikTok with her 2.3 million followers.
Loved by many for her approachability and vulnerability, Bader’s most recent video sees her calling out body fakers for leaving a “ridiculous amount” of “disgusting” comments and “mean”.
And while Bader promised fans she’s “not going anywhere,” the model announced she won’t be sharing her health journey online anymore.
“Okay, so I really try not to look at trivial things online as best I can because it really helps my mental health by not looking at it, but there are some things that come up in my comments that I couldn’t help but watch,” Bader began, citing comments about her weight.
Although she initially felt that sharing her personal health journey could help others, Bader announced that she changed her mind.
“I decided tonight that I wasn’t going to do it anymore,” Bader said. “My healthy journey will now be my business. What I choose to do, whether it’s gaining or losing weight, the medications I take, the supplements I take, my workout routine… whatever it is, I won’t share.

She went on to criticize those who left hateful comments, saying: “Shaming someone’s appearance on a daily basis is disgusting… If I took care of myself and did what I needed to do, imagine seeing that every day, over and over again.”
Bader then became emotional as she talked about how body shaming has affected her, asking viewers to “please stop” commenting on her body “even if you don’t like me or follow me out of hate.”
