A TikToker has been criticized by other content creators after they revealed a strategy that involved recording the screens of famous YouTubers.
Creator named Musa on Twitter, posted a video where they detail how they approach creating TikTok videos as a job, including how much they make from some of them.
The technique involves finding popular YouTubers, screen-recording their content, doing the same with GTA car footage, then stitching them together using AI-generated subtitles for the TikTok format .
The TikToker also said he earned $1,200 from a particularly successful video. It’s unclear how serious this guidance is, but some prominent content creators have responded, calling the creators a thief.

Musa, who describes himself as an “algorithm expert,” also came under fire from the community when he argued that his content creation scheme was actually “intellectual property theft.”
