TikToker’s serious toothbrushing mistake leads to calls to poisons helpline 2023

A TikToker’s boyfriend was forced to call a poisons helpline after she accidentally brushed her teeth with something other than toothpaste.

Well, that’s exactly what happened to this TikToker, Mia Kittelson. While having a deep discussion with her boyfriend, the couple decided to spend the night while still watching the documentary about Beckham on Netflix.

And the documentary certainly had an impact on the couple – or at least on Mia. Because she was so caught up in what she was saying, Mia didn’t pay attention to which tube she chose when brushing her teeth. Instead of toothpaste, she gets Deep Heat.

Posting to TikTok, Mia shared a video of her boyfriend calling a poisons helpline after a brutal mistake left her using a pain cream that caused a burning sensation in her mouth.

“So she accidentally brushed her teeth, like Deep Heat,” Mia’s boyfriend explained over the phone, claiming the tube looked “identical” to her Colgate toothpaste.

Although Mia didn’t take any of the advice that the poisons helpline offered, it seems like everything worked out in the end and she was able to make a full recovery. She revealed in the comments section that she did not have to go to the hospital after the call.

However, from now on, she can be a little more careful when brushing her teeth.
