Twitch streamer was robbed at gunpoint of a diamond necklace worth $100,000 2023

Twitch streamer Annoying had him and his friends held at gunpoint while streaming when thieves snatched a diamond necklace and posted it on social media demanding $100,000.

YouTuber and Twitch streamer Annoying rose to fame for his NBA 2K content and has since focused more on IRL streaming.

During the broadcast on October 7, he was seen sitting in a car listening to music and chatting with friends while visiting Toronto, Canada.

However, things quickly changed after a stranger appeared and approached the group with a gun and ended up stealing the diamond chain from Cap, who was a live streamer on Twitch.

The thieves then posted the necklace on social networks and demanded a ransom of $100,000 to get the necklace back.

The group sat and laughed together in the car while IRL live-streamed another creator named Cap sitting right next to an open side door.

Suddenly, a figure dressed all in gray, wearing a hood and a mask to cover his face, walked up to the door and pointed a gun straight at Cap.

“Let’s go, give me everything,” the thief said as he got into the car.

The screen went black and a series of inaudible sounds played in the background amid the chaos.

One of them can be heard saying: “Close the door, close the damn door,” while another responds: “Calm down, man,” as they eventually drive away safely.

Cap confirmed more details through him Twitter/X account: “Just me against 3 guns, I’m fine but don’t worry,” adding: “A prime example of why I always travel alone.”

The robbers then turned to social media to post the stolen jewelry and demand a ransom of more than $100,000 to get his diamond necklace back.

At the time of writing, there were no further updates on the situation.
