According to reports, 29-year-old Tire Nichols was the man who died at the hands of five police officers. He was stopped by the police on January 7, 2023 for reckless driving and five police officers brutally assaulted him. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition and died after 3 days of treatment. On January 10, 2023, he breathed his last. Now the autopsy report has clearly shown that this black man was severely beaten by the police. This report was shared by his family’s lawyer.

According to reports, the Memphis Police Department fired five officers and all of them were black. On Tuesday, January 24, 203, Mr. Nichols’ attorney released a statement that included information from a forensic pathologist. Additionally, new reports say the Memphis Police Department said it is preparing to release body camera footage of the 29-year-old black man’s arrest. Sheriff Cerelyn Davis updated the public on Wednesday night, January 25, 2023, saying the video will be released “in the coming days.”

He also assured that the police will take the matter seriously and cooperate fully with the investigators of this case.
