Doctor Who’s classic companions have united once again to present an emotional clip that recently surfaced. Yes, you heard it right, Tegan and Nyssa will reunite in Doctor Who. The recently released clip shows the emotional reunion of on-screen companions Sarah Sutton and Janet Fielding. Since this news broke, Doctor Who fans have taken over the internet and tried to find out details about this reunion. Doctor Who Tegan and Nyssa reunite in emotional video
The season 20 teaser video, titled The Passenger, shows Tegan receiving a mysterious text message that reads “The Blue Box” and asks her to come to the fairgrounds. Passengers is written by Pete McTighe. Tegan then shockingly asserted “It’s impossible” after discovering who sent her the blue box message. The clip also shows that the person who sent the “Blue Box” message to Tegan was Nyssa. This marks the reunion of Tegan and Nyssa, with the latter revealing that she was waiting for Tegan. The full clip further shows Nyssa telling Tegan that the Doctor wants to see her. Tegan replied, “Which one? Scarf or celery, or woman? During their reunion, Nyssa and Tegan reminisce about the past while Nyssa says she misses their interactions while Tegan says she wishes she had realized how lucky she was. Mara tempts Tegan with her deepest desires. After the credits, she wakes up defeated and gives Mara a warning that it will never get better for her. The video ends with an ominous scene of Mara trying to escape from the mirror. McTighe is the writer of the clip.
