According to the FIR, the police mentioned the reason for delay in filing the FIR against Kajal Hindustani and said that Muslim community leaders had approached the police about the speech and a written complaint had been filed. filed on March 31, 2023. Seven people signed it. During the night, the police also contacted Muslim leaders and were informed that the leaders would notify the police at noon on April 1. However, no one from the Muslim Community then contacted them. with the police too.

She said that if Muslim women want to escape the evils that befall them due to the activities of the Muslim community, they should marry Hindu men of their own free will. She asked Hindu men to go out and convert Muslim women.
