Speaking of radio presenter Pete Price’s video, it shows the 77-year-old radio presenter involved in a brawl at the bar of Aintree Racecourse on Saturday, April 15, 2023 , in the Grand National. Pete Price’s viral video shows that an attendee called Pete Price a yes and after hearing this, Pete Price exploded. During the incident, Pete Price said that he was the target of homophobic slurs and targeted provocations, which raised concerns for his safety. While speaking to the ECHO, radio presenter Pete Price said: “I am aware of a video being released from the Grand National on Saturday. While I apologize for the language used and any offense that may have been caused, I am extremely hurt, upset and angry that my obvious distress has been release as a source of entertainment in this way.”
He added that he wanted to explain that his reaction was the result of realizing a far-reaching irritation that began with many vile and homophobic slurs that left him not only afraid for his his safety but also anger.
