A trough-shaped Western Disturbance (WD) developed to the west of the middle troposphere. Over the next 24 hours, it is predicted that a cyclonic circulation will develop across central Pakistan and surrounding areas. On October 15, there is a possibility that a completely new WD could merge. This WD will be the first intense match of the season. Northwest and Central India will be affected from October 13 to 17. Therefore, it is predicted that during the same period, the intensity and distribution of rainfall will increase in Northwest India. Additionally, regional temperatures are predicted to drop 2-4°C starting October 17.
From October 13 to 17, Kerala and Mahe are likely to experience sporadic heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, as well as light to moderate rainfall at some locations. On October 13, 16 and 17, Tamil Nadu can expect similar weather conditions. On October 16 and 17, South Interior Karnataka was predictable. Some places in Jammu-Kashmir-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad will experience moderate rainfall, accompanied by scattered thunderstorms and lightning. between October 14 and 16.
