To ensure that their farmers were taken care of, they established CAFE

“This verification program measures farms against economic, social and environmental criteria, all of which are designed to promote transparent, profitable and sustainable coffee growing practices, while protecting the well-being of coffee farmers and workers, their families and communities.”

They say this system has allowed them to produce high-quality coffee while taking good care of their workers.
