Taco Bell is facing a lawsuit after an affiliate allegedly participated in an alcohol-fueled sex party.

Taco Bell is facing a lawsuit after a complaint was filed against an affiliate in December 2022 by former employee Alana Bechiom.

She claimed that she was invited to a Christmas party at the San Pedro Taco Bell in Colorado by her supervisor, Lidia Ruiz.

According to the woman, they were encouraged to bring food to the potluck-style buffet. However, upon arrival, the complaint filed by Bechiom reads: “(she) discovered that Ruiz had covered the restaurant’s windows with wrapping paper” and “also covered the camera to the lobby inside the house row”.

Taco Bell employees are “shocked, outraged and outraged” by the controversial party

Bechiom later said that when she entered the restaurant after being out for a while, she walked in and saw a co-worker “having sex with his wife in front of everyone at the party.”

Former Taco Bell employees alleged that the group drank too much alcohol and were under the influence. She went on to say that the man’s wife “kissed both Ruiz and another co-worker.”

Apparently, Bechiom said that when she went to get her bowl of guacamole and leave, she saw people vomiting in it.

After Bechiom alleged this happened, she reported it to human resources and her co-worker was promptly fired.

Taco Bell has not yet commented publicly on Bechiom’s allegations.
