To start the challenge, dog owners stick a square box in the middle of the floor.
Then they guided their dog in the middle of the square. The result is said to be that the dog will stay put until the bandage is removed.
Even if the owner calls their dog from another room, the pet is still likely to stay in the square.
This mysterious phenomenon has been tested by many dog owners, especially Frenchie owners – and it has proven successful in most cases.
One owner even recorded her Frenchie from another room, writing a note on her TikTok saying her dog “thought he couldn’t move.”
In most cases, dog owners use blue tape. However, it is yet to be determined whether certain colors perform better than others.
