Scott McMurchy said the victim was an 8-year-old girl, a resident of Little Grand Rapids. According to reports, the 8-year-old girl was staying with the priest of the local Roman Catholic Church in the community. They were alone at the time of the incident. The girl was helping the priest clean the church but he allegedly began touching her inappropriately.
